  I'm Anju Moktan from Hetauda Nepal. I’m from a very remote village in Nepal where there are many small rivers and waterfalls. I used to go there and have fun by playing with bubbles in the waterfalls and being still by the small rivers to heal my sadness and anxiety. 

                          Nepal has some of the highest peaks in the world, thus making the mountain water clean, clear, and refreshing to the soul. Near my village, I have found a waterfall that I call my secret place to return to. I find healing in its waters as I play and relax in the cool blue water. This water heals me and makes me feel like a child again. It washes away the dirt from my skin and the worries of my life.
