Brightening Candle

Hello!

I am Aarati Bogati from Hetauda Nepal. I grew up in a safe house in Hetauda, WPC Nepal. I was born and spent my childhood in Hetauda, Nepal. As both my parents were not educated, the financial condition of my family was weak. Nepal has a caste system that directly divides upper and lower-caste people in different ways and I belong to a lower caste. The lower castes suffer from various forms of untouchability from the so-called society. Now, due to modernization and laws, there is no discrimination, but the people of remote villages and those who blindly believe in it have been making caste discrimination in everything in Nepal.

I have a vision in my mind which is clearly shown in the picture I make. There is a young girl who started dreaming about the caste system in Nepal by looking at the candlelight in the evening. The light slowly dispelled the darkness from the room with its small beam of light. Different types of people live in Nepal with their own ideas and beliefs that can be seen as a room full of darkness. But the small rays of light are able to brighten the room due to hard work which plays an important role in brightening the room. We can say that the room is filled with darkness filled with small rays of light and finally everything becomes visible. I think that one and the other can play the role of that candle in the room as in Nepal. We cannot progress internally but after some time there will be progress and change in Nepal.
